- Key Purpose of the Job
To support the Project Management team in the rollout of SAP in Fender Europe during the testing phase. This involves the accurate and timely inputting of large amounts of information into SAP, logging issues and providing feedback on test outcomes via excel documents.
- Main Responsibilities
- Develop tests scripts for testing of SAP FI GL, FI AP, FI AR
- Manage execution of test cases and records test results in accordance with established test plan(s)
- Execute and document Finance Product Sub Ledger test cases including:
- Legal Entities, accounting principles, functional groups, currencies, cost/profit centre structures in scope, accounting interpretation of transaction types, accounting entries as per data model.
- Valuation impact and differences in accounting.
- Create reports from test cases executed in testing and project lifecycle management tools including but not limited to TRELLO or similar.

Essential Criteria
- Possess a solid understanding of core financial processes in SAP.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to prioritise work and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of implementing SAP finance processes such as general ledger, accruals, bank and asset accounting, management accounting (CO), profitability analysis, cash management, credit management.
