About The Role
Position: SIA Event Security
Hourly Rate: £11.60 - £13.00
Join #TeamFGH, Keeping People Safe at Liverpool Football Club, Eurovision and Chester Racecourse.
- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries, physical body and bag searches
- Crowd control/people management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to, escorting and ejecting guests
- Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
- Report any suspicious behaviour.
- Egress control.
- Directing customers around the site.
- Protection of assets and prevention of losses
