Position: Head Door Supervisor

Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £16.00

Location: Diecast, Manchester

Schedule: Thursday to Sunday

Are you a professional and dedicated Head Door Supervisor with a passion for Keeping People Safe?

We are looking for an experienced individual to build and lead a brand new team at a new exciting venue.

A Head Door Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitoring venue targets, developing your team, and ultimately ensuring customers have a good time.

Your main duties will include:

• Leading a team of up to 8 in a 250,000 square ft venue
• Liaising with the client on events and reporting to line manager any changes in the schedule
• Scheduling the team in 6 weeks in advance
• Keeping an up-to-date track of uniform and documents on site along with feedback reports to ensure top standards of delivery.
