Field of Fitness Coach at The Drift.

Main location will be at our Studio at the Drift Golf Club along with potential shifts at our Guildford site.

Your onboarding will also happen at the Drift but you may be required to attend some training at our Guildford site before being incorporated into full time coaching.

This can range from elite athletes to complete beginners. You will fundamentally provide small group personal training & 1-1 coaching along with duties pertaining to the smooth operating of The Drift FOF facility.

Our ethos is about delivering a results-based programme focusing on the fundamentals of strength and conditioning to reduce injury prevalence and increase overall health and life longevity.

MAIN JOB ROLES:

• Coach small group personal training

• 1 - 1 personal training

• Fitness consultation

• Basic fitness testing and screening

• General sales

• Brand building - Internally and externally to The Drift

• KPI Reporting

• Enhancing and building relationships with The Drift management team, Golf Coaching team and members.

Job Type: Full Time – 40 hours per week

Shifts TBC but will include Saturdays

Salary starting at 25k – to be reviewed at 3 month probation mark.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
