We are looking for an experienced Property Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, with a focus on residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process, from planning and design to construction and completion. They will also be responsible for managing budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and liaising with local authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and managing properties.
• Analyse market conditions and trends to identify potential opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments.
• Develop budgets and financial plans for projects.
• Manage the construction process from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Job Types: Temporary contract, Apprenticeship, Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 2-3 months

Salary: £43,320.00-£49,418.00 per year
