Position Overview & Specifications
Full time, permanent position.
Duties include:
Credit Control / Sales Ledger:
- Working on a Ledger with the value of 100 live accounts – £1.4 million
- High Value customers
- Banking for cheques
- Compile weekly credit reports using Excel
Purchase Ledger:
- 3 way invoice matching process
- Coding and batching invoices
- Resolving supplier queries
- Payment runs
The successful applicant will have previous credit control and purchase ledger experience.
3 way matching invoice processing experience is essential, along with good Excel skills.
Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm
