Position Overview & Specifications

Are you an experienced administrator? We have an opportunity for a Fleet Services Administrator to join our team in Leeds ! Fleet Services is in the heart of the First Bus business, providing critical admin and transactional services across several business functions covering the whole of the UK operation.

Reports to: Fleet Services Team Leader

Location: Leeds – Victoria Place / Hybrid Working

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week

Salary: £22,087 - £23,289 p/a (dependent on experience)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Missing trip & lost mileage reporting
  • Support with the presentation of data and reports to internal audit and key stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure all processes are managed correctly in line with agreed procedures and up to date governance requirements.
  • Provide data and associated reporting to the business in line with administered processes.
  • Fuel data processing and analysis
  • Transactional Fleet & Fuel services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts, including the operations resource from all Operating Companies and appropriate central teams.
  • Deal with all queries efficiently and on time, ensuring accuract and follow through to completion.
  • Support team members to ensure SLA's, KPIs and performance delivery is achieved at all times.

About You:

  • Previous experience of working in an operations administration function.
  • A team player wholly committed to working with and supporting their peer group and other colleagues to achieve the First Bus strategy.
  • Effective communicator and networker with the ability to quickly forge good working relationships.
  • Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of achieving deadlines and working effectively within a complex and dynamic environment.
