About the role:


As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.


About the team:

The Small and Medium Business (SMB) eCommerce program is a cutting-edge delivery aimed at disrupting the market by making it quicker and easier for SMB merchants to access the wealth of products available within Worldpay from FIS. The End-to-End Quality Assurance team itself is dedicated to delivering high quality joined up testing solutions that encompass multiple systems end to end


What you will be doing:

  • Work alongside Project Managers, Product Owners, and Developers to ensure understanding of use cases.
  • Identify and report issues and problems during integration testing.
  • Work with 3rd parties to organise test phases cross – team.
  • Create test cases and scenarios.
  • Raising defects as and when they’re identified.
  • Navigate releases through all test environments.


What you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies as well as quality management and improvement.
  • A background with financial services industry practices, regulations and processes.
  • Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies.
  • A bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience
