Social Media Assistant

8 Hours per day - 5 days per week

Salary pay = £12ph

· 1 Saturday per month to be worked

· Flexible working hours (8 hours per day)

The Social Media Assistant will be a key member of the marketing team. Working closely with the sales team, they will spend their time promoting the organisation's brand, and work with the Sales team to write, implement and deliver digital communications and marketing.

This role will help improve the external communications and relations for FWX Gyms. You will conceive ideas, build an engagement strategy, and execute communication through various digital media channels.

Main Duties to Include

· Social Media Management, Social lead generation, Marketing material (Flyers etc), Outbound calls, Dedign

· Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google

· Photoshop or Canva is desired

Responsibilities

1. Managing FWX’s digital media platforms and identifying new digital opportunities.

2. To produce effective material aimed at a wider audience.

3. Working closely with the Sales team to deliver an effective marketing strategy for all social media channels.

4. Managing the educational posts on the FWX Social channels each week (MY PT)

5. Being a spokesperson for FWX where appropriate

6. A good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

7. Be able to design in photoshop / Canva or equivalent

Other tasks may include:

8. Reception stand in cover as and when.

9. Sales phonecalls and launch day interaction with potential new clients.

10. FWX Events (Launches and Gym Days)

This roles includes 28days holiday per year along side a company wide bonus scheme for targets being hit quarterly.

This role will be varied and based mainly at FWX Kenilworth. Travelling will be involved also in this role.
