Plumber - Middlesbrough IMMEDIATE START

URGENT - IMMEDIATE STARTS !

We're looking for fully qualified plumbing & heating engineers to join the team in Middlesbrough - to start as soon as possible.

We specialise in the conversion of residential terraced housing into HMOs and have multiple projects under construction - you'll need to be able to move between properties at various stages of conversion. The position is predominantly in the TS1, TS3, TS4 and TS5 areas, but you may be required to travel outside of these areas on occasions.

You must be time-served or have relevant proven experience – ideally in refurbishment projects and if you’ve worked on HMOs before, all the better. You’ll be responsible for first and second fix plumbing in multiple properties – each with en-suite/communal bathrooms and new kitchen installs.

A full UK driving licence, own transport and own tools are ESSENTIAL.

We’re looking for someone who’s a team player, flexible in their attitude and able to interact and communicate well with multiple trades, whilst being equally reliable to work unsupervised – potentially on multiple projects at the same time.

We work Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch; overtime/weekend work is available.
