We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Newtide Homes Team, as a Housing Officer. This is a permanent job and is working 37 hours per week.

Newtide Homes officer is located in Riduna Park, Melton but this is a field based role working within the Newtide operating area which covers the following local authorities – Great Yarmouth, East Suffolk, Ipswich, Colchester, Braintree and Tendring.

In this vital role as a Housing Officer, you will undertake a mixture of office work and out in tenants’ homes and you will deliver an amazing service to our tenants.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Housing Officer from those with previous Housing experience or who have a strong customer service background, as this job will be dealing with reactive tenancy management queries. You will need to be someone who is IT proficient. You’ll be able to manage a varied workload and have a passion for excellent customer service.
