Plasterer (Repairs and Voids)

We’re looking for a permanent, full time Plasterer, to carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a Plasterer working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused responsive and repairs team.

Salary: £28,501.62

Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri, 08:00-14:30 Fridays

Location: Dereham and surrounding areas

Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle will be provided.

In this role you will be responsible for the effective delivery of plastering repairs this will include (but not limited to) the following:

· The preparation of walls for impending damp injection works.

· Full plaster works.

· Patch Repairs.

· Skimming, Coving and Bonding.

· Artexing and Overboarding.

· Rendering.

· Basic painting and decorating.

· Basic carpentry.

Tools and Uniform/PPE will be provided.

Essential Requirements:

· A minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience with Plastering.

· Full Valid Manual Driving Licence.

· Good understanding/Knowledge of basic Health and Safety.

· A good general knowledge of general building and construction industry.
