About the team you’ll be working in:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor, based on-site at our state of the art Swindon Office on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting into the Team Manager. You will be working within the customer success group, responsible for improving customer experience in order to drive growth. Within the customer success group there are multiple lines of business, working collaboratively, sharing best practice and ensuring our Fleetcor customer base has the best solutions to suit their business needs

About the role and what you’ll be doing:

The Customer Service Advisor will build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of customer excellence whilst adhering to service level agreements.

You will proactively promote and/or sell relevant products/services to ensure the ongoing development of our business relationship and handle all queries, whether telephone or email based enquiries, within the established best practice and department procedures.
