Our fabulous client is one of London’s leading privately owned mixed-use real estate developers. They specialise in residential-led mixed-use developments and have delivered successful projects across London.

They are now looking for an experienced Head of Digital and Social Media who enjoys running a busy global digital communications department, has excellent project management skills and a keen creative eye.

You will be responsible for running all digital marketing and social media activity across the UK, MENA and China. You will lead the storytelling driven social media strategy, alongside the digital marketing programme to generate leads for the sales teams and to tell the world about their sustainability strategy and build brand recognition. You will be responsible for creating the paid campaign strategy for audiences across the globe and will work closely with overseas offices in MENA and China across all content channels.

Our client is looking for solid experience in digital marketing, experience managing a team and preferably with someone with experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing the digital team (social media and content producer and social media assistant) to deliver all social media and digital marketing activity.
  • Working with an external agency to achieve sales through digital marketing activity, including Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Working with the overseas offices to meet their objectives through digital marketing.
  • Creating the extensive global digital marketing calendar and launching campaigns in time and within budget.
  • Copywriting for Google Ads and social media activity.
  • Working with the social media and content producer to execute a comprehensive organic social media plan on all channels across B2B and B2C.
  • Commissioning photography and videography to support sales activity, alongside brand and corporate communications.
  • Working with the marketing team on a comprehensive e-marketing campaign strategy.
  • Working closely with the wider marketing team on the development of new websites, while ensuring other websites are up to date.
  • Further developing the company’s bespoke e-crm system, ensuring end-to-end tracking for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Developing dashboards to track campaign activity.
  • Tracking results from engagement to spend.
  • Regular reporting on digital marketing activity to the sales team and the board.
