Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our mission

Today, more people die from suicide than from war, crime and terrorism combined.

Our mission at Flow Neuroscience is to develop new ways to combat mental health issues with science and technology.

Flow is an approved medication-free treatment for depression, the leading cause of disability in the world. It combines a brain stimulation wearable, delivering electrical stimulation to the frontal cortex of the brain, and an app-based therapy program to create a new effective, safe and affordable way to treat depression, at home.

The role

We are now seeking a Senior Supply and Logistics Manager to join our team. You will be crucial for expanding our operations internationally and reaching our growth targets.

This position is for you if you:

  • have a long experience and passion for e-commerce, logistics and DTC distribution.
  • want to help bring a new treatment to the world for a disease that affects 300M people worldwide.
  • want to work in the intersection of medical technology, digital health, hardware and psychology.
  • have a strong passion and integrity for what you do and want to help challenge the way mental health problems are treated today.

The responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Strategically plan and operationally lead the initiatives needed to enable fast global expansion across the full supply chain spectrum including production, transporting, warehousing, and shipping.
  • Radically decrease the cost base for transport, warehousing, and shipping by identifying efficiency potential, the best partners to work with and continuously negotiating contracts.
  • Identify and implement best-in-class supply chain and logistics processes to support the company’s growth and customer experience ambitions. This includes optimizing shipping lead times so that we can be more flexible for periods of rapid sales growth.
  • Own the import and custom processes for goods and set up the optimal solutions for each market.
  • Define, own, report and continuously optimize KPIs connected to your responsibility area. Work closely with Flow’s Commercial/Marketing, Analytics, Production and Finance teams in order to align production and shipping order requests with Flow’s growth forecasts.
  • Efficiently lead, build, and develop the internal logistics team and function.

The offer

If you have a good profile and are passionate about how to tackle mental health issues with tech we can offer you:

  • Extremely committed co-workers
  • A chance to work with a truly unique product at a fast growing startup with the potential to change millions of lives for the better
  • Competitive compensation that will grow with the success of the company.

  • Daring to challenge the status quo and driven by identifying and implementing new processes and ways of working – bringing full teams on board
  • Very strong ability to negotiate, engage and manage external partners
  • Curious and flexible with a can-do attitude who thrives in a start-up environment
  • Proven experience from the medical design industry is a plus
