General Assistant

We are looking outgoing and friendly people to join our fast growing Flowerland team at Flowerland Garden Centre at Iver and Bourne End in Buckinghamshire.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and ideally someone who has worked within a fast paced retail environment.

We are looking for outgoing and friendly people who can multitask and who can help across all our departments, from our foodhall and restaurant, garden & furniture, home & lifestyle and indoor and outdoor plant areas.

Happy to assist in our Cafe and restaurant during busy periods or when required.

We need people who are dynamic and enjoy multitasking and eager to get the job done.

Outgoing and friendly, excellent customer service, willing to go that extra mile!

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Greet and serve our customers, always putting our customers first

Working with managers and various key team members of our Flowerland family and to help with the overall day to day tasks of our busy Garden centre

Usage of our tills & serving customers always ensuring our centre is kept to the highest standard.

Multitasking and willing to help out when required during busy periods.

Happy to learn and develop and become a significant team member of our Flowerland Team.

Training provided across all departments and find out where you would like to grow and develop with us which could lead to a long term career at Flowerland.

Able to work outside at times weather permitting!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £5.00 per hour
