About the role:
As our first in-house hire in the PPC team, you will have a central role in leading, managing designing marketing campaigns, and working closely with account managers, brand managers and advertising agencies. You must have an obsession with Amazon and PPC as well as a strong affinity with related tools such as Perpetua or Data Dive.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Amazon PPC P&L for multiple brands
• Work cross-functionally with Brand Management to deliver brand strategies and listing improvements, demonstrating a strong commercial understanding
• Manage Amazon marketing agencies, which support the execution of day-to-day operations
• Help to launch and run international PPC campaigns in UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain
• Be Flummox PPC genius, keep up to date with the latest industry trends, best-practices and new technologies
• Test & optimise, then again test & optimise to help us drive commercial performance
• Improve and develop PPC processes and SOP to achieve data excellence, automation & excellent reporting

Requirements

About you:

• Extensive experience of 2+ years in Amazon advertising whether with your own brand, a marketing agency or another Amazon aggregator
• Proven track record of delivering search growth & efficiency, strategic leadership & commercial understanding
• Be able to manage and juggle multiple projects and brands at once
• Hands-on, highly organised, process and data-driven with a solution-oriented mentality
• Self-starter with confidence to build and manage things from scratch
• Fluent in English plus other European languages desirable, bonus if German
• Desire to work in a young & fast-growing start-up
