Management Accountant

A wide ranging Management Accountant role responsible for all aspects of Finance Operations within the group.

THE TEAM

Our awesome Finance Team, led by our amazing CFO, consists of 15 experienced professionals, who cover the Financial Operations, Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Tax and Compliance, and Payroll functions across our group of 5 legal entities, and supporting our employees across 30 locations.

Together we are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Finance function at Form3. We are a close-knit team with great experiences, connections, and big ambitions!

THE ROLE

The Management Accountant will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities as part of our growing Finance team, from General Ledger responsibilities to Intercompany reconciliations. The breadth of this role will give the successful applicant a rare insight into every aspect of the finance function. You will be an integral part of supporting Form3 as we expand globally.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the completeness of sales invoices each month end, in line with our billing systems, and working with sales to ensure all billing is complete Carrying out month end procedures and preparing management accounts
• Manage our General Ledger
• Reconcile the bank accounts and credit cards across the group, and work with the Treasury Manager to manage working capital tightly to cashflow budgets.
• Intercompany Accounts reconciliation, partnering with Tax and Treasury functions to ensure accuracy.
• Ownership of Form3s expenses systems, including the management of internal queries and our external partner(s).
• In partnership with our Global Payroll Manager, reconcile monthly payroll journals and administer other payroll related systems for our 500+ global workforce.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a “qualified” management accountant, with experience of group reporting. We are also looking for an individual with broad accounting experience who will be confident working with the broader Finance team from Finance Manager to Apprentice.

• Professional accountancy qualifications (AAT and/or Part-Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
• Practical experience of NetSuite
• Experience dealing with a group or similar organisational complexity.
• Experience with closing books top WD6 or similar deadline pressures
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and partner across other functions
