Do you have strong administration skills? would you like to further develop your skills in to the world of fibre?


We are looking for a temporary Installations Scheduler to support service and delivery throughout FullFibre. You will coordinate appointments for our customers to accelerate the provision of full fibre access to small and medium-sized towns across the UK which are not included in other suppliers’ full fibre upgrades.


As an Installations Scheduler, you will be the face of the business acting as a representative for FullFibre... making outbound calls to book installation dates, supporting customers with appointments while reporting to the Installations Manager regarding scheduled appointments, any changes or problems that may occur.


Providing choice to end-users and creating a competitive marketplace are two things we're passionate about, as this promotes innovation, better customer service and ultimately, better value for money.


We are looking for someone who can


  • Make regular and daily outbound calls to customers to coordinate and schedule installation appointments around the customers' and engineers’ availability
  • Educate customers and provide information about their upcoming installation appointment
  • Record customers' installation dates on excel and The Portal accurately for engineers to work against
  • Ensure any complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner – report this back to the Installations Manager
  • Processing and maintaining a basic knowledge of FullFibre and Installations to represent the company
  • Complete regular communications with the Installations Manager regarding the installations scheduled.


Training and ongoing support will be provided for this role


Skills/Qualifications & Experience

You do not need to have worked in this position before;


  • Experience within a customer service environment
  • Experience working to targets and deadliness
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • To be confident and passionate about customer service
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to make decisions or take action to solve a problem or reach a goal
  • A high degree of empathy for customers' needs and circumstances
  • IT literate across excel
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
