An ideal applicant will be experienced offering IT & technical support within a business environment.

The company have been established for 50+ years, have a presence in 5 continents and are recognised as a genuine market leader in their field. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking for a 1stLine Support Engineer to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for offering technical advice and support to colleagues across the UK. You will also oversee the setting up & distribution of IT equipment and escalate any issues which can’t be dealt with at a desk level.

Person:

*IT Support Engineer or similar
*Experience derived from a business environment
*Manufacturing Experience desirable but by no means essential
*Looking to progress their career with a genuine market leader
