THIS POSITION IS FOR THE SAN RAFAEL/ RICHMOND AREA
This ad is for an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Tech / Bodyman ONLY and is not an entry level position, we will not be responding to those without experience.
G & C Auto Body has been family owned and operated by the Crozat family since 1972 with a strong commitment to excellence and world class customer service. We have 29 locations in the following counties in Northern California: Alameda, Marin, Mendocino, Solano, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Joaquin and Sonoma with plans to expand even more in 2023. https://gandcautobody.com/

We are looking for someone who is up to the challenge of handling any and all repairs coming in to these locations. You will have access to all top of the line equipment in a shop to call your own!
BENEFITS:

  • Competitive compensation: $110,000 - 150,000 expected annual compensation (31 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses)

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Restore vehicle back to pre-accident condition
  • Includes tear down and reassembly
  • Welding
  • Replacing panels
  • Grind, sand and fill repair panels
  • Framework
  • Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair

TECHNICIAN SKILLS:
  • I-CAR certifications a plus, but not required for all positions
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair organization
  • Read and interpret written repair orders
