G. Collins & Sons is a family-owned business based in Tunbridge Wells. Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the following full-time vacancy.

Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will work within our busy team, confidently managing customer’s enquiries and sale of jewellery and timepieces. You will handle customer queries in store and by telephone and email, ensuring that all customers receive a professional and refined experience.

The candidate would be self-motivated, hard-working and a team player. Recent experience in a similar jewellery-based role and knowledge of Patek Philippe is desirable but not essential as training would be given.

To be part of a dynamic team, the candidate must uphold the company’s high standards by developing an in-depth knowledge of our products and collections, as well as maintain an excellent presentation of themselves and of our jewellery and showroom.

• Experience in luxury goods industry is desirable.
