Essential Responsibilities

• Develop clear and concise work instructions for technicians within regulatory requirements to meet Customer’s expectations. Provide condition reports to Customers.
• Provide in-shop support to technicians, including hardware review, repair development and part deviation assessments
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and adoption of Lean principles
• Support Quality team during root cause investigation of issues or incidents
• Participate in the sites general engineering activities and issues including existing daily shop management structures
• The Shop Support Engineer must promote a positive culture around Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost whilst demonstrating our Leadership Behaviours of Humility, Transparency, Focus and unyielding Integrity

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an Engineering qualification or be able to demonstrate appropriate technical experience
• Aviation background required
• MRO experience desired but not essential
