You Are Important

The Supply Chain Coordinator is primary role is to support the smooth-running of the supply chain department through administrative duties

The Supply Chain Coordinator is to ensure the our Transport and Warehouse are working in optimal standards and quality at all times. This Includes Fulfilment D2C, B2B, monitoring and maintaining Inventory, Coordinating receiving and shipments of goods and providing general logistics support

In this role you will assist the Supply Chain Team with daily logistics activities and work with the product development team to launch new products. You will be supporting the team in managing deliveries to Warehouses, D2C and Wholesale accounts


What You Will Do


  • Work across all supply chain functions: Planning, Intake & Operations. To ensure that Intake/Output is managed effectively and communicated to the business
  • Highlight any potential risks / opportunities, and propose solutions
  • Tailoring approach to customers, such as internal and the DC, to provide a memorable experience
  • Ensure timely shipping and deliveries to our final destinations, while maintaining the shipping costs
  • Monitor Shipping Cost and Adjust according to variable market rate
  • Prepare the Month-end invoicing Process and weekly Shipping + Inventory reports
  • Build / monitor Warehouse KPIs and report in relation to non-conformance weekly
  • Take lead in all logistical matters for Wholesale
  • Manage end-to-end Transport Internationally for our Nutrition Products [FDA/DEFRA]
  • Maintain all documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company’s quality requirements
  • Ensure the Genflow Internal system and tracker are up to date and well aligned at all times
  • Carry out thorough checking of our Freight/Carrier Invoices and escalate any discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager
  • Set-up new accounts on SHOPIFY and ensure products are well setup ahead of launch
  • Building strong relationships across the business to allow us the flexibility to react to trade performance
  • Support in projects to improve efficiency of stock flow through our distribution centers & cost optimization


We Would Like To Meet Someone Who

  • Is highly organised, proactive and have excellent analytical skills.
  • Seeks opportunity to add value to the team by making recommendations/suggestions and being very proactive
  • Has had previous exposure into Warehouse Fulfilment services and processes
  • Has some knowledge of 3PL SLA / KPI and Export/Import requirements
  • Is comfortable with Excel and IT systems, and will be able to create or translate information well into reports
  • Thrives working within a start-up environment and combine proactive thinking and strong communication skills
  • Has a high level of data literacy - strong numerical reasoning
