Exciting Opportunity for a Credit Controller in a Growing Business!

Founded in 2006, we are one of the country's leading product design companies, specializing in supplying unique and unusual gifts to top retailers around the world. Our clients include Waterstones, MoonPig, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Urban Outfitters, to name a few. With our business expanding, we are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic financial administrator to join our finance team and assist in the continued development of our finance functions.

As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• sales ledger data entry and upkeep
• credit control
• reconciliation of self-billing accounts
• managing invoice queries
• assisting with monthly management reports
• payroll

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 to 2 years of financial administration experience
• proficiency in Excel
• strong attention to detail
• the ability to work effectively under the pressure of a dynamic environment
• a flexible approach to responsibilities and tasks
• a commitment to continuous improvement
• GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English are essential
• further education is desirable.

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
