Part-Time Bar Staff

Hello,

We are looking for part time bar staff to join the team at Gin 71 in Merchant City.

This will be predominantly weekends and evenings. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 years experience behind the bar. Barista experience would be a great benefit but not essential as training can be provided if needed.

We are a small team who work very closely together. It's fast paced environment with a restaurant on our ground level, event space in the basement and a huge beer garden which can be very busy over summer.

We operate with table service so our bars are mainly dispense bars. Even though gin is our specialty we also offer a great range of cocktails, wines, beers and other spirits so product knowledge is key.

Gin71 pay NMW, this is boosted by a daily share of cash tips and monthly share of card tips. Food is provided on shift and great discounts are available across our brands including the Gin Spa. If this sounds like the role for you please get in touch,
