Wills, Trusts and Probate Paralegal, office-based role in Fareham Hampshire
This is a new opportunity for a Wills and Probate Paralegal to join and assist with the growth of our successful Private Client department.
This Paralegal role will be handling and assisting with a broad range of Wills, Power of Attorney, Trusts and Probate work for a variety of clients, whilst working in a supportive environment reporting directly to the two senior solicitors of the Fareham team.
The successful candidate should be willing to work independently as well as part of a team, undertaking a variety of Paralegal and administrative tasks to include time recording, drafting legal documents, assisting with legal research and actively working towards a Paralegal set billing target. A full drivers licence and ability to drive is desirable in order to assist with outside client appointments and to travel between offices, if necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
- at least 12 months’ experience working in an office or retail environment.
- University law degree (or closely related subject), or equivalent qualification OR at least 12 months’ experience working within a Private Client or legal role.
Start date immediately available.
Full time hours preferred working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Contract: Office based, Permanent contract.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Portsmouth, PO16 8AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
