Events Staff - Paintballing and Forest Laser Tag

We pride ourselves on running the best Paintball and Forest Laser Tag events available in the UK.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team of 50+ part-time events staff. The role is for Saturday/Sunday work as a requirement on a casual basis, with mid-week events (particularly holiday dates) also available for the best-performing staff members. Early starts (7.30am) are required for the set up of events.

This role would ideally suit a hands on, team orientated, personable, customer-focused candidate with confident communication skills, a strong work ethic and possessing a real enthusiasm to improve their skills and deliver completed assignments and events with pride.

This isn't a full-time role, nor is it a role offering midweek work as standard, although we run many weekday events for Schools and Corporate clients, along with many Half Term/Summer Holiday events.

Responsibilities are varied and full training will be provided, with added interesting responsibilities and Pay increases as skill sets and competence increases - up to £80 per Event day Including all Food and drink.

Shared Large Pizza Hut Pizza's are provided to staff as a lunch each Event, along with bottled water throughout your working day with us, all free of charge.

Responsibilities include (as a general) but are not exclusive to:

- Running Paintball and Laser Tag events as 'Marshalls' - Looking after teams of recreational rental customers of all ages (Kids ages 6+ to Adults) for their events, as well as maintaining equipment and our company ethos to ensure our customers have the best Paintballing and Lasertag experiences possible.
