Garden Plant Person - Seasonal, Full time.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Reasonable knowledge of Indoor and Outdoor plants and a desire to learn more !
• Ability to work creatively and commercially
• Capable of prioritising and organising own workload and able to work under own initiative
• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
• Being a strong team player
• Friendly, polite and helpful

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and advise customers
• display plants and related products in an attractive way
• maintain the displays
• water the plants
• Keep the shop floor clean and tidy
• Receive deliveries from suppliers
• Liaise with the buying manager to ensure our products meet customer expectations
