- Managing cilent queries on phone, email and online chat

- Organisation travel, venues and acommodation
This is a home-based role starting shortly after Easter. Interviews to take place on 30 March
We need two temps. ONe for 4 months and one for 6 months.
Duties will include
Data input and manipulation
Working with Excel
Dealing with queries on phone and email
Guiding customers through a portal
Processing invoices
About you
Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of working with data
Customer service experience
The role will pay £15 per hour including holiday pay
