FOOD FACTORY - LINE SERVICE OPERATIVE - NIGHT SHIFT

You will be working on a rota of 4 in 3 off x2 then 4 in 2 off from 18:30 to 5:00 am.
(FULL TIME ONLY)

What you’ll be doing -

• Your key focus will be to control a food production line and manage a team of up to 40 Operators to ensure products are consistently prepared to company standards and within the agreed production plan
• You will be responsible for getting all the ingredients from your colleagues in the Preparation area, ensuring that the correct trace codes are used, and stock rotation takes place
• You will ensure that there are enough ingredients for the run-in order for your colleagues to make our amazing products to the highest standard

• Good numeracy and English Language skills both verbal and written
• Can demonstrate working in a safe manner and to good H&S practices
• Accurate and pays attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to work in a chilled environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible
• Able to work well in a team with good communication skills and liaise with other departments as required

• Minimum yearly pay full-time is average £24,392 (depending on the role), which does not include overtime
