Packaging Operator

What you'll be doingAs a Packaging Operator you will be an essential part of both our Low-Risk and Production teams. Working in the low risk packaging area you will be ensuring packaging and boxes are issued to our production teams, following planned schedules and ensuring that the relevant traceability paperwork is completed.
No experience is necessary. We offer full training and will support you in your role here and can even offer you progression and career opportunities!
Responsibilities

• Following production plans to ensure correct packaging is issued to production for each order
• Completing traceability paperwork for packaging being issued
• Booking packaging to production on the computer, using Aurora system. Also booking and tracking any extra packaging required.
• Receiving and locating of packaging on deliveries, putting deliveries away into storage area
• Keeps area clean at all times - Identifies and utilizes down time to clean in, around and under all equipment
• All other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

• Able to read and write in English
• Ability to work as part of a team to complete orders and store deliveries
• Basic level of Maths required (booking different amounts on computer, tracking extra packaging etc)
• Great attention to detail (completing traceability paperwork, important to be accurate)
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members.
