Job Description
Your role as a system data coordinator
- Develop and maintain the accuracy of the Cellar Service systems to ensure the information is accurately reported to support business improvements in Cellar Service and Sales Opportunities in Free trade
- Align sales information to maintain accurate records to deliver visible service responsibility protecting cost
- Provide data information to deliver accurate reporting of invoicing costs
- Maintain and protect asset information to enhance recovery abilities for Greene King & its partners, highlighting leads and changes in customers’ habits
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal customers, understanding their needs and expectations. Resolve escalated issues and provide timely and practical solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Support operational projects to support change and the evolution of the department
