Customer Service Operative
Monday to Friday 0930-1730 permanent
Griffins is a family run transport company based in Tuxford NG22 working with two pallet networks. We have an excellent customer services team which is in need of an additional staff member due to company growth.
The successful candidate would have:
- Experience working in the transport sector
- Excellent communication skills
- A can do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent phone manner
- The ability to work within a fast paced small team
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Computer literate
Duties include:
- Data Inputting
- Sorting of customer data
- Dealing with customer emails
- Amendments of customer orders
- Liaising with other depots around the UK
- Providing ETA’s
- Providing customers with support booking in deliveries and collections
- Experience using sterling, Mandata, Alliance and TPN connect would be beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
Annual Leave- 20 days plus Bank holidays
