Position Overview & Specifications

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to client needs.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze competitor activity, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing valuable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Assist in the creation of engaging marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
Nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up, anticipating their needs and providing solutions.Manage corporate inquiries and client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Proactively upsell our range of chocolate experiences to existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing revenue.

Qualifications:

Previous commercial experience in a small, fast-growing business, making this an ideal first step into a marketing career.
Proficient in both written and numeric tasks.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and relationship-building.
A passion for marketing and a creative mindset to bring fresh ideas to our campaigns.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
