Responsibilities and Duties:

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, the Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for undertaking a variety of day to day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Group and will provide support in other business activities as and when required. Duties include:

  • Supporting the Group Operations Manager with all administrative and operational matters
  • Answering & fielding phone calls
  • Opening, scanning, and filing post
  • Sending and tracking post
  • General admin support
  • General housekeeping – keeping spaces clean and tidy
  • Ordering stationary, refreshments, and rest room supplies
  • On & Off Boarding of employees (workstation set up; DSE assessments)
  • Support induction of new employees
  • Client refreshments, if required
  • HR support (advertising role on ATS, shortlisting applicants)
  • Assist with company events planning
  • Support with arranging and facilitating team meetings
  • Assist with health & safety requirements

Specifics of the Role

The hours of the role are 35 per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4:30pm on Friday, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day. ​

The role is located at our Cardiff Office, with free on-site parking available.
