We are looking for a Security Supervisor to work with our prestigious client in the Aberdeen area.

What we need

• SIA Licence
• Experience in managing a team
• Professionalism in appearance and conduct
• Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels
• SIA CCTV Licence (desirable)
• Fire Safety and First Aid Certificates (desirable)

Role

The duties involve (but are not limited):

• Manage the team of Front of House Officers
• Welcoming and supporting staff clients, and visitors
• Access control and CCTV patrols
• Physical patrolling
• Supporting the Fire and Life Safety strategy
• Monitoring of critical systems
• Reporting incidents and risks
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
• Supervise the team to provide a professional, efficient, and approachable security service whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to staff, contractors and visitors at all times.
• Demonstrate Dardan values and deep understanding of Dardan policies, ensuring that Accountability, Responsibility and Ownership are standards that guide behaviour
