Here at GXO, we’re working together with Waitrose and looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Magna Park, Milton Keynes. You’ll be working 40 hours per week, on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, covering the hours of 14:00 – 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Our Warehouse Operatives work in an ambient environment and support in the picking of customer orders- You’ll operate manual handling equipment in a safe manner
- You will utilise the warehouse management system and ‘pick by voice’ equipment
- Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company policies
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous Warehouse Operative experience necessary- LLOP licence beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility in your approach – we do have peak seasons!
