HnR Energy Solution have a new opportunity for a Retrofit Assessor to join an energy efficiency company on a permanent/Temporary/Contract basis (flexible). This is a field based position that will require you to be attending domestic properties and assessing the energy efficiency within the domestic property environment and then making recommendations to become more energy efficient.

Duties & Responsibilities: • Undertake retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings. • Undertake on site energy assessment and retrofit assessment surveys as required, including overnight stays where needed • You will be conducting on site assessments and surveys, analyse data to identify areas for improvement and prepare technical reports. • Provide administrative support to the delivery of projects. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients and residents.

To be considered:

• Prior retrofit assessment experience essential

• Accredited Retrofit Assessor

• Accredited DEA.

• Experience of working in the residential sector, including experience of delivering retrofit assessments.

• Full driving license

• Mathematical skills to calculate dimensions of buildings

• Good understanding of low carbon and energy efficiency technologies

• Driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
