We're looking for an empathetic, diligent and proactive Case Manager to join our home buying team.

Our Plus Case Managers are at the heart of everything we do and the main point of contact for our home buying customers. Managing the transaction from submission to completion whilst liaising with partners and internal operations colleagues, they deliver the best customer experience whilst displaying our company values.

More about what you’ll do:

• Give our customers a 5* experience, helping to set them free from mortgage hell.

• Work as part of the team to proactively, efficiently and effectively manage customers’ applications from submission, to the lender, to completion.

• Manage updates from lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors, and filter this back to customers with comprehensive, jargon-free updates.

• Work alongside our team of Mortgage Experts to ensure the best outcome for our customers.

• Deftly navigate the myriad ways different lenders process applications (we’re a whole-of-market brokerage).
