Family Liaison Officer

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the patient safety and governance team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a family liaison officer.

The introduction of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework for England (August 2022) has given us the opportunity to introduce a new centralised family liaison team to build on the existing skills and experience of our colleagues working in patient safety and quality roles across our organisation. The family liaison team will be responsible for the day to day management of liaison with patients, families and named next of kin individuals involved in patient safety events across all three sites - Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, Royal Hampshire County Hospital and Andover War Memorial Hospital.

We are looking for some with a background in compassionate engagement who has a passion for making a real difference to the people who use our services.
