CNC Turner/Machinist - Late Shift

Hanbury-Autogil Ltd are recruiting for a competent, dynamic and versatile CNC Turner/Machinist to work for our well established and rapidly expanding engineering company based in Newton Abbot, Devon.

We have a highly experienced team who specialise in the design and manufacture of converting automation equipment, which now has a focus on PPE Machines and laser technology. Due to this, the post is an exciting and dynamic position that would suit someone who is flexible and thrives in a busy environment.

Candidate Profile:

· You must be able to read detailed drawings and be able to manufacture precision parts, from one-off to small batch.

· CAD/CAM experience would be beneficial.

· Experience of milling, toolmaking and/or manual machining would be advantageous.

· Knowledge of Fanuc software would be useful, however, full training will be provided.

· The ideal candidate would be time served and may have completed a full engineering apprenticeship.

16:30 – 01:00 (Mon-Thurs)

Meal Break half an hour
Total 32 hours per week

5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

Rate of pay £14 - £18+ (including late shift enhancement) per hour depending on experience.

Salary: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
