Marine Electrical Apprentice Level 3

Reporting to:

The Apprenticeship Supervisor and Manager

Job purpose:

Conduct a wide range of marine electrical work in order to support production at Harland & Wolff.

What will you learn doing this apprenticeship:

• Gain hands-on experience through a safe workplace placement, providing vocational training and education.
• Practical on the job training.
• One-to-one dedicated mentoring.
• Shipyard training facilities.
• Opportunity to earn while you learn.
• You will attend college as timetabled

Responsibilities:

• Learn to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, and other relevant personnel, to ensure

that customer and business requirements are met.

• Develop the ability to maintain their own safety and that of others at work, ensuring a safe working environment and

prevention of damage to property and the wider environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a minimum a of GCSE grade C/4, National 5 (or Equivalent) in Mathematics, English and a Science
• Hold a Level 2 Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations or a relevant field.
