Recruitment Resourcer – Blue Collar – North London

They are a leading supplier of skilled, professional labour in the UK, and have been serving the civil engineering, rail, transportation, and construction industries since 1986.

You will get the opportunity to work with a list of key tier 1 clients working across the civil engineering, rail, transportation, and construction sectors supplying staff on a contract or permanent basis.

Duties:

• Assisting the Operations Managers to manage the day to day running of specific contracts
• Assist in sourcing and deploying workers suitable candidates for specific trades
• Gaining candidates interest and establishing interview availability
• Working with the Operations team to ensure all necessary individual employee paperwork is completed
• Understanding, identifying, and matching skills appropriately with client requirements for shifts
• Working with the Operations team to post job adverts and monitor responses.
• Working towards the growth of the business
