As a Harrods Watchmaker within our Rolex team, you will have the utmost responsibility in dealing with all Rolex aftercare and maintenance. Dedicated to perfection and innovating constantly, our watchmakers are responsible for bringing timepieces to life and giving spirit to Rolex watches, ensuring they stand apart from the rest.

About the Role

As a Watchmaker, you will carry out full services, dial and hand fittings, and partial repairs on all pre-qualified Rolex calibres to Rolex’s standards of quality, lead time, and cost.

You will work in a well-equipped workshop with two Rolex accredited watchmakers with over 25 years’ experience collectively. In collaboration with Rolex, we are committed to continuous training and development for our colleagues ensuring we continue to make anything possible for our clients.
