SALARY: - £11 – £13 per Hour plus tips (depending experience )

FALAK ROYAL at Ascot is an iconic site, this will be a monumental milestone in Falak Royal agenda to create a unique, high end luxurious hospitality experience including, Chic Cocktail bar, Royal tasting indian cuisine restaurant, Shisha Lounge, Night club, Roof top terrace and bar, Banqueting Hall, high end commercial meeting rooms, boutique hotel accommodation. Our aim is to provide high end luxury guest experience and ambience to be enjoyed by all demographics including families.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Do you love going to gym and physically fit with a warm positive personality and a can-do attitude who is strong under pressure and can manage the daily flow of customers.

Someone who goes the extra mile to create guest experiences and greets our guests with the warmest of welcomes when arriving at our venue.

Being the first point of contact and face of Falak Royal this role is so crucial to our guests' experience. Someone who thrives in a busy service and who takes initiative to solve challenges and create systems to drive efficiencies. We are looking for someone who can jump from Bar tendering to Waitering

This is a role for someone who enjoys multitasking and always staying focused and busy, someone that ensures that all guests are personally attended, and to create an exceptional first and last impression during their time in our premises.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR OUR HOSTESS

Bar Tendering and Waiters Experience

Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.

Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.

Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.

Have good knowledge of our menu ( Indian And fusion Cuisine ).

Helping with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
