WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing Breakfast cook/kitchen assitant to expand our exceptional Kitchen team. You must have the ability to work as an individual or part of a team, have a cheerful outlook and be a good communicator. Hazlewood has a busy calendar of weddings and events and as such would be looking for full time hours, with flexibility for weekend and weekday work.

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a highly motivated Breakfast cook/kitchen assistant to prepare, cook and maintain a high standard of breakfast as well as maintaining basic food hygiene, health and safety regulations.

Kitchen assistant role, once breakfast service is complete then a little light washing up and ensuring all sections are clean, sterile ready for service.

Duties will include...

• Breakfast preparation, cooking and delivering
• Stock rotation/management
• Assisting with all Health and Safety/Food Hygiene aspects of the kitchen
• 5 shifts over 7
