Pharmacy Assistant/Dispenser

Pharmacy assistant/dispenser (BORDON, HAMPSHIRE)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5

Rate of pay: £10.50 to £11.00 per hour

We are looking for a full time pharmacy assistant for our busy online Pharmacy based in Bordon.

NVQ Level 2 in pharmacy dispensing would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. No prior experience is necessary. Good attitude and good customer service skills are more important.

You must be able to work well under pressure and work as part of a team with good customer service skills.

A polite and clear telephone manner is important as we are an online pharmacy therefore we sometimes have a lot of calls.

Your duties will include:

- dispensing prescriptions under the supervision of the Pharmacist / Superintendent Pharmacist

- liaising with GP surgeries and care homes

- preparing dosette trays for care homes

- general pharmacy duties including stock management, ordering and labelling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
