Freelance Picture Researcher - Digital Spy

The UK’s biggest TV and movies website, Digital Spy, is looking to expand its pool of freelance picture researchers.

This paid freelance position reports to the Picture Editor. You will be dependable and reliable and support the picture team in illustrating news stories on TV, Movies, Soaps, and showbiz, as well as some gaming and technology.

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to turn round fast picture research in line with Digital Spy's house style.

• A good knowledge of UK TV, US TV, Movies, Soaps and showbiz, and all things DS.

• Excellent Photoshop skills and a familiarity with online content management systems and the basics of digital publishing.
  

- Knowledge for search engine optimisation in order to create suitable meta data for images.

• The ability to work from home during shifts with a reliable internet connection.
