Home of Crafts, Hobbies and Art, Hochanda is the home of Create and Craft the #1 destination for Craft on TV. This year we are celebrating 20 years of delivering amazing innovative craft products, inspiring generations of customers and building a passionate craft community globally.

Product is the lifeblood of our business and we are looking for an enthusiastic buyer to join our papercraft team to continue supporting our category growth. We believe that craft products are the enabler for us to inspire our craft community with content, bringing us all together to create amazing things.

We’re just getting Started!

· We have over 250 suppliers covering nearly every craft imaginable and we deliver 105 hours of Live Craft TV every week.

· We have a jam-packed event and promotion calendar for 2023 filled with innovative, exclusive and first to market products.

· This year we have a big focus on growing our online community by growing our range of products online and reaching new customers with new ways to deliver our content.

· We are a UK company but have a growing community in the US and plans to expand further with the support of new brands and products.

The Role

· Reporting into our Paper Craft Category Manager you will be working with some of the biggest suppliers in the craft world.

· Varied buying responsibilities, planning and executing product launches for TV, events, promotions and ranges online.

· Own the commercial deliverables of supplier and category budgets, holding regular reviews with suppliers and the team.

· Working closely with departments across the business; TV production, marketing, scheduling and more to ensure TV and content campaigns are supported through all channels.

• Attend trade shows/ supplier visits to unlock new opportunities, identify new trends and engage with the wider craft market.

Salary: Starting from £30,000
